Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate therapist to join our team (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical counseling and be passionate about providing support to individuals facing mental health challenges. This role involves working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, perinatal mental health, and couples. This position does require Saturday or Sunday availability.

Duties

• Provide clinical counseling services to clients, addressing a wide range of mental health issues.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing sensitive medical records and client information.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Document all interactions and progress notes accurately within the required timeframes.

Experience

• LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC- new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in clinical counseling, particularly within mental health settings, is preferred.
• Familiarity with working with children, adolescents or couples a plus
• Proficiency in managing medical records and understanding HIPAA compliance is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds are crucial for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $43.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
