Job Description:

SmartStart Education is seeking a Program Manager to ensure the successful implementation of its programs at partner schools. This remains a full-time position.

Successful Program Managers will be able to:

  • Effectively and professionally communicate with school leadership
  • Effectively and professionally partner with teachers and other academic staff to ensure that they follow proper protocols
  • Support teachers and other academic staff to maximize students' success
  • Expertly and punctually resolve issues that arise with partner schools
  • Liaise with SmartStart's Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Business Development team members
  • Located in New York City

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 3 years of classroom teaching experience
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Understand the needs of urban students, schools, and communities including racial disparity, socio-economic disparity, and cultural disparity
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service background and orientation

Pay Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 annual
