Position Overview:

Reya is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Community Liaison to promote and sell our home health care solutions. This role involves developing strong relationships with health care providers and facility sites in the Chicagoland area, growing our client base, and delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by contacting health care providers, facilities, and practices in the Chicagoland areas as well as maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Door- to-Door outreach to promote and sell home health care solutions to prospective providers and facility sites.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and follow-ups to generate referrals.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Generate referrals that cover clients from assigned territory.
  • Educate and Communicate Reya’s services and pricing structures (in home health care) in a clear and compelling way to aid prospective clients in their decision-making process.
  • Maintain accurate records of referral activity, contracts, and pipeline updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enable smooth delivery of services.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets while delivering a high standard of customer service.
  • Address inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to sales activity, pipeline, and prospective clients.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations, guidelines, and innovations related to home health care services.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to establish connections and identify potential clients.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business (Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or Healthcare related degrees preferred).
  • Proven sales experience in home health services (minimum 2 years of experience).
  • Strong, demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare landscape and providers in the Chicagoland area (existing, related industry relationships are a major plus).
  • Strong existing network with referral sources in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
  • A background as a clinician, registered nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist, or social worker is a plus.
  • Must possess outstanding customer service experience and focus.
  • Be highly driven, be very self-motivated and a team player.
  • Ability to work independently and manage territories effectively.
  • Outstanding written and oral communications skills.
  • Must possess very strong computer skills (word and excel).
  • Must possess a valid Illinois driver’s license and auto insurance.
