As our client base continues to grow, we are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our dynamic and supportive team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about helping others and eager to make a meaningful impact in the community. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, yet values being part of a supportive team. This role offers the flexibility of creating your own schedule, with both in-office and telehealth options available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to a diverse caseload of clients
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
• Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff as needed
• Participate in regular case consultations (optional but encouraged)
• Maintain appropriate licensure and continuing education requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Florida license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) (LCSW and LMFTs also welcome to apply)
• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (will consider newly licensed professionals with strong clinical skills)
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
• Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems as well as medical terminology related to mental health
• Comfortable using an EHR and telehealth platform
