JOB SUMMARY

Family Services of Westchester is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for our Family Mental Health program located in White Plains, NY.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Authorize admission and continued need for services, as noted in the OMH regulations part 5
• Consult on the service plans and review
• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations
• Provide medication therapy to residents or consultation to Community to providers
• Act as liaison to psychiatric hospital providing emergency back-up inpatient care

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have PMHNP
• Must have at least 1 year of experience
