As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our potential clients.
Position Overview:
The Intake Coordinator plays a critical role in our client engagement process. This individual will be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective clients, conducting preliminary screenings, and gathering essential information to assess potential cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond promptly to client inquiries
- Conduct thorough initial client interviews and document all relevant case information
- Input data accurately into the case management system
- Assess potential case viability using firm criteria
- Maintain professionalism and empathy when dealing with individuals in distress
- Communicate effectively with legal staff to transition cases smoothly
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in legal intake, customer service, or call center (law firm or personal injury preferred but not necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
