Are you passionate about helping children thrive and grow? Noor Talents is on the lookout for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Lead RBTs to join our dynamic ABA therapy team! Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision
• Track and document progress using our data collection systems
• Collaborate closely with families and clinical team members
• Follow individualized behavior plans and support skill development

Requirements:

• Active RBT Certification (BACB)
• Experience working with children (preferred)
• Leadership experience for Lead RBT role
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for making a positive impact on children’s lives
