Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time or Part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
  • Implement and monitor behavioral interventions, ensuring adherence to best practices in patient care.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support clients’ development and progress.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in intake processes for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of their needs and history.
  • Stay current with developments in behavioral health, special education, and medical terminology.

Experience

  • Proven experience in behavioral therapy, particularly with children and individuals with disabilities.
  • Familiarity with data collection methods relevant to applied behavior analysis.
  • Knowledge of patient assessment techniques and medical documentation practices.
  • Experience working directly with people with autism or other developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Background in special education or related fields is a plus.
