ArtWell Therapy Center, an expressive arts and traditional therapy center, is hiring dedicated clinician to work in our supportive and growing practice. We are a small practice located in Arlington Heights and are looking to expand. Expectations for the qualified candidate are as follows:

- Complete intake assessments

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients’ goals and needs

- Monitor client’s progress and treatment plans as needed

- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychiatrists, doctors, or educational staff, to coordinate client care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client session and progress

- Learn and maintain a secure electronic health record for all client information

- Maintain a specified of clients seen per week

Experience:

-Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or art therapy

-Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (or license eligible)

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients of all ages and diverse backgrounds

-Ability to manage caseload effectively
