About Job
Do you want to feel like you are actually making a difference as a Behavior Analyst?
Bridge Kids NY is a Manhattan-based private practice providing the highest quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in the New York City area. Our team is composed exclusively of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who provide direct therapy to children and young adults in home, community and school settings. CEOs/Founders (and practicing BCBAs) Dani and Peri created Bridge Kids in 2014 in an effort to create a highly ethical company that consistently operates based on excellence and best practice. We have a reputation for being progressive, highly-skilled, compassionate and highly professional providers.
Please note all promotions are from within our company and based on performance. All new therapists undergo an intensive (paid!) onboarding period with the support of our Training Coordinator. We also welcome practicum students who have 1 year + experience providing direct ABA and those with Limited Permits who are looking for incredible hands-on training and ongoing clinical support.
In addition to our CEOs/Founders being practicing BCBAs, we have a senior team of Clinical Supervisors and two Executive Directors who all have many years of experience providing direct and indirect ABA services, and continue to do so in their current positions.
