This role focuses on delivering mental health and social work services tailored to students' individual needs, including potential 1:1 care and therapeutic support. The position offers flexibility to accommodate shifts in support requirements across different age groups throughout the school year.

Key qualifications include:

• Possession of a California license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Candidates holding AMFT or LMSW credentials will also be considered based on experience.
• Experience working with children or youth in school environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Adaptability to flexible scheduling due to varying demand for student support services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff.

Primary responsibilities:

• Assess and address the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of elementary school students.
