EverReach ABA is seeking a dedicated and organized Care Coordination Manager to oversee scheduling, coordination, and staff support. This role ensures families receive smooth, consistent care and that our ABA therapy team is supported day-to-day.

Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling and provide RBT staffing support
• Coordinate communication between families, staff, and clinical team
• Oversee daily operations to ensure quality service delivery
• Support organizational growth and efficiency initiatives

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Prior experience in healthcare, ABA, or care coordination preferred

Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
