Are you a people-loving, detail-oriented team player looking for a dental office that feels like family? We’re a small, private Blatchford-style practice with a big heart — and we’re looking for a full-time team member to wear multiple hats and help both at the front desk and in clinical assisting.

Our practice has two locations: Fly Creek and Utica, and we serve our communities with one shared mission: Deliver top-notch care while supporting one another like family.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll play a key role in both patient experience and clinical care, including:

• Greeting patients, checking them in/out, and scheduling appointments
• Answering phones and helping triage patient needs
• Keeping the office organized, clean, and welcoming
• Sterilizing instruments and turning over treatment rooms
• Assisting the doctor with procedures as needed

This is a hybrid position perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and wants to grow their skills!

Who We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing and warm personality — you love helping people and making them feel at home
• Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
• Willingness to be cross-trained and support wherever needed
• Comfortable traveling between Fly Creek and Utica offices (must be located between or willing to commute to both)
• Prior dental experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right fit!
