We are currently seeking a full-time Substance Abuse Counselor for our adult residential program located in the Berkeley hills.

Ideal candidates have:

• Experience in substance abuse treatment
• Individual and group counseling skills
• Understanding of co-occurring issues
• Motivational interviewing skills
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Qualifications:

• Registered to become certified or Certified Substance Abuse Counselor
• One (1) year experience in substance abuse treatment
• DMC-ODS knowledge a plus
• Computer skills
