Job Title:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred, but not required
  • Paraprofessional/Behavior Technician (Non-RBT), some experience working with children and family preferred, but no experience required
  • Parent Consultant/Family Training (PC) 2 years plus direct ABA therapy experiences, working toward Master's degree with a concentration in ABA, interest in earning practicum hours BCBA.

Job Description:

We are seeking for compassionate and motivated ABA therapy providers to provide direct support to young children receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services across multiple locations in Orange County. The paraprofessional/BT or RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans, promote skill development, and reduce challenging behaviors in the child's home or community settings. The key responsibilities are support children in natural environments such as home, school, and community, implement ABA therapy programs using evidence-based approaches, provide direct one-to-one support to young children, and collect and record accurate data on client behavior and skill progress, and assist with the preparation of therapy materials and session activities, as well as maintain confidentiality and comply with ethical and professional standards.

Qualification Traits: Passionate, professional, patient, detail-oriented, caring, team-oriented, independent, integrity-driven, creative, fun, organized, strong communication, problem-solving, ability to follow instructions, and receptive to feedback, with a passion for customer service and working with children and families.

Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or higher education degree.

Availabilities: Flexible scheduling based on client needs and provider's availability.

  • Monday to Friday 1:00 PM-8:00 PM
  • Saturday 9:00 AM-8:00 PM
  • Work availability ranges from 20 to 40 hours per week.

Training:

  • ABA Competency Training
  • Eligible candidates will have the opportunity to enroll in our Registered Behavior Technician training for FREE of cost program.
  • If you are currently enrolled in ABA Master Program and need BCBA supervision.
  • Join us, and our BCBA is committed to providing BCBA supervision hours to the eligible candidates.

Multiple Service Locations: Cities of Orange County- Westminster, Huntington Beach, Garden Grove, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Midway City, Tustin, Cypress, Fountain Valley, Stanton, and more.

Compensation: Negotiable, depending on education, experience, and performance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
