This position is based at our Wilmington office. Some flexibility may be required for occasional support at our Hampstead/Surf City location, but your primary workplace will be in Wilmington.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 2:00 PM
• Thursday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Additional hours may be available or requested at times

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and convert enquiries to bookings
• Assist with treatment flow and support practitioners as needed
• Manage light administrative and clerical tasks
• Be ready to pitch in wherever needed—our culture is “All Hands on Deck”!
• Use office technology confidently—no fear of computers or software systems

What We’re Looking For

• A smiling face, kind voice, and intuitive, solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• A dependable, self-starting team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
• Experience in a medical or clinical setting preferred
• Familiarity with EHR systems is a plus, but not required
