About Job

We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and reliable Behavior Technicians to join our growing team in Riverside, CA & surrounding cities. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll play a vital role in transforming lives by delivering evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with autism and related developmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
  • Teach and reinforce communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based and structured activities
  • Accurately collect and record data on client progress using digital tools
  • Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure consistent and effective care
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience working with children (especially those with behavioral needs)
  • Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques (RBT certification a plus)
  • Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift, bend, and engage in physical play with children
  • Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
