Are you a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to make a difference in the lives of adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), PICA, and Self-Injurious Behaviors (SIB)? We are seeking a compassionate professional to join our multidisciplinary team and help create positive, lasting changes for our clients.

Position Highlights

· Work directly with adults facing significant behavioral challenges, including Autism, OCD, PICA, and SIB

· Develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans

· Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support

· Provide training and ongoing support to staff and family members

· Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and document outcomes

Qualifications

· Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

· Experience working with adults with Autism, OCD, PICA, and SIB strongly preferred

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

· Dedication to ethical, client-centered care
