U Matter Luxury Resort is a naturopathic detox and recovery center that caters to individuals who are looking for alternative treatment options.

We are looking to hire substance use counselors (CADAC II, Social Workers, Associates level Clinicians) to help with facilitating groups, treatment plans and discharge planning.

We have 3 shifts available- day, second and overnight shifts.

The ideal candidate will be hospitable, respectful, compassionate, have rehab experience, be reliable, trained in the rehab admin and intake process , comfortable working in a fast paced environment, able to create curriculum for weekly groups and open to being given multiple tasks and learning new skills.

Duties include:

Develop and maintain appropriate professional relationships with clients and staff
Supports clients emotionally and environmentally for comfort and safety
Create and facilitate groups, outings, and educational sessions
Listens, documents, and reports client behavior (familiar with evidence based therapies and activities, CBT & DBT)
Case Management
Maintains confidentiality of clients at all time
Provides encouragement, guidance and support to clients and family members
Completes intake assessments and consents with client
Provides crisis intervention and encourages a healthy residential and working environment
Communicates and collaborates with co-workers, clinical staff, and administration in order to deliver the best quality care possible.
Understands and complies with HIPPA and client confidentiality.
Knowledge of referrals, both in and out of the facility.
Ability to communicate clearly, with clients, staff, peers, supervisors and outside resource representatives.
