Impact Autism Services LLC is in search of a Full time BCBA to work in a clinical setting (with some flexibility in your schedule for remote work related to parent training) in the Lynchburg Area. At Impact Autism our primary focus is on learners ages 2-12 to provide intervention at the earliest stages of diagnosis . An ideal candidate would love working with children and have a passion to partner with families to provide lasting positive changes in lives.
Some of the responsibilities of this job include:
Implementation of the principles of applied behavior analysis appropriately and ethically, per BACB ethical guidelines
Implementation of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to increase socially significant behaviors and decrease maladaptive behaviors for clients
Conduct Assessments (including VB-MAPP, Vineland, Preference Assessments, etc.) to determine client social, play, ADL, communication, and behavioral needs.
Conduct functional behavioral assessments (as needed)
Supervision of a small group of RBTs
Parent training and support
Appropriately assess, analyze, and train parents regarding issues or concerns
Direct therapy to clients
Review client records to ensure quality assurance
Participation in collaborative multidisciplinary team meetings
Exhibit effective communication with colleagues, other providers, and supervisors
A billable expectation of 90hrs a month (w/ Bonuses for exceeding billable expectations)
