Simultaneously, you'll ensure our learning environment remains safe, compliant, and welcoming.

What you will be doing
- Crafting compelling, conversion-focused family tours that showcase Alpha's three core commitments and build confidence in our educational approach
- Designing and implementing strategic communication plans to guide prospective families through each stage of the admissions process
- Maintaining and enforcing comprehensive safety protocols that visibly demonstrate our commitment to student security
- Orchestrating all facilities management—from preventative upkeep to vendor relationships and repair coordination
- Leveraging data analytics to continuously refine both operational systems and enrollment strategies
What you will NOT be doing
- Performing monotonous administrative tasks in isolation from the broader mission
- Navigating an environment of micromanagement that restricts your creative problem-solving
- Battling bureaucracy that prevents you from making meaningful impact
- Processing paperwork in isolation from the students and families who give purpose to our work

Candidate Requirements
- Proven track record in educational admissions, family engagement, or customer experience roles
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Strong emotional intelligence paired with self-directed work ethic
- Experience with or enthusiasm for learning school operational management
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Ability to work in-person at one of our campus locations: Santa Barbara, CA; Lake Forest, CA; Charlotte, NC; or Palm Beach, FL
