Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Community Liaison to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between healthcare providers and our organization, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care. This role requires a blend of clinical knowledge, territory sales experience, and exceptional communication skills to effectively represent our services and foster strong relationships with medical professionals.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, hospitals, and clinics.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our services and solutions.
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts with potential clients to expand our market presence.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on account management and growth opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or questions regarding our services.
  • Organize and participate in community outreach programs to promote awareness of our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients using office software such as Word.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or outside sales is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with product demos and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
  • A background in account management is a plus.
