Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and formulate treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions for clients experiencing PTSD and other trauma-related conditions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience in patient care, particularly with children and families.
• Proficiency in psychotherapy techniques, including individual and group counseling.
• Strong understanding of behavioral health issues and treatment modalities.
• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
