Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities (C.A.D.D.) – Los Angeles, CA

Join our mission-driven nonprofit improving the lives of children and families affected by developmental disabilities. As a BCBA at our Los Angeles Center, you’ll directly impact children’s lives while advancing your career and growing as a clinician.

Work Schedule & Responsibilities

Schedule:

  • 50% in-person and 50% telehealth on-site at C.A.D.D.,
  • Monday–Friday, 10AM-7PM

Responsibilities:

  • Provide BCBA-level clinical supervision and direct ABA therapy
  • Conduct assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise Behavior Consultants and Technicians to maintain high clinical standards
  • Analyze client data to track progress and adjust treatment plans
  • Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to promote client success

Caseload: Approximately 120 clinically authorized hours per month (direct + indirect combined)

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Active California BCBA license
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Clinical experience preferred (newly certified BCBAs welcome)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Commitment to equity and serving underserved communities
  • Must reside in Los Angeles County

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $88,000–$110,000 annually (based on BCBA experience)
