BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) – Full-Time, Center-Based

Work Schedule & Responsibilities
Schedule:
- 50% in-person and 50% telehealth on-site at C.A.D.D.,
- Monday–Friday, 10AM-7PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide BCBA-level clinical supervision and direct ABA therapy
- Conduct assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise Behavior Consultants and Technicians to maintain high clinical standards
- Analyze client data to track progress and adjust treatment plans
- Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to promote client success
Caseload: Approximately 120 clinically authorized hours per month (direct + indirect combined)
Requirements & Qualifications
- Active California BCBA license
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Clinical experience preferred (newly certified BCBAs welcome)
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Commitment to equity and serving underserved communities
- Must reside in Los Angeles County
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $88,000–$110,000 annually (based on BCBA experience)
