Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator/ Medical Assistant

Location: Newport Beach, CA

Job Overview: California Contour Clinic is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Patient Care Coordinator/Medical Assistant to join our amazing team in Newport Beach. Our clinic specializes in hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, Botox/ Filler, Body Contouring and a variety of wellness services. The ideal candidate will have experience in these areas and be a self-starter who is not afraid to take on responsibility. This role offers opportunities for growth within our dynamic and patient-focused clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures, including hormone replacement therapy and medical weight loss treatments.
• Must be sales-driven with strong knowledge of our services and the ability to clearly communicate them to patients.
• Manage patient flow to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations.
• Perform front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing patient records.
• Assist with administering injections. Also assist with Emsculpt Neo, Emsella, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatments.
• Perform blood draws.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical record systems.
• Perform vital sign measurements and record patient information accurately.
• Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional patient service, addressing patient needs and concerns with compassion and professionalism.
• Social media knowledge is a plus. Assistance with posting consistently on Instagram - stories and posts.

Requirements:

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or relevant certification.
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, or medical spa treatments is highly preferred.
• Blood Draw experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
