Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients to improve their behavioral health and overall quality of life.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
  • Implement behavioral therapy techniques and monitor client progress through data collection.
  • Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavior management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, including medical records and patient assessments, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Participate in intake processes for new clients, gathering relevant information for effective treatment planning.
  • Stay current with best practices in special education and behavioral health to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
  • Proficiency in data collection methods and the ability to analyze behavioral data effectively.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, patient care protocols, and medical documentation practices.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
  • Familiarity with special education practices is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $55.00 per hour
