We are currently hiring a Stockton, CA based Board-Certified Behavior Analyst for a full-time, hybrid position that includes in-clinic, in-home, and work-from-home time. Responsibilities
As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you will take a leadership role in developing and overseeing treatment plans, mentoring RBTs, and collaborating with families to deliver evidence-based care. You will thrive here if you are fueled by a passion for learning, supporting others, and bringing out the best in your clients and your team.

- Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight for behavior intervention programs for individuals with Autism
- Conduct assessments and design function-based behavior support plans
- Lead and inspire RBTs, fostering clinical excellence and team growth
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client goals
- Embrace a hybrid model of service delivery including clinic, home, and remote-based work
Skills & Qualifications
- What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst through the BACB
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with Autism (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A heart for service and a mind for innovation
- Strong knowledge of the principles of applied behavior analysis
- Experience conducting functional behavior analysis (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans
- Access to reliable transportation
