Resident Care Manager manages the day to day operations of Assisted Living in order to provide high quality services and to assure that the mission of Genacross Lutheran Services is upheld.

What will I do as the Resident Care Manager with Genacross?

• Oversee daily operations to provide exceptional care and services, maintain resident satisfaction through regular feedback and communication, and ensure ongoing survey readiness and accreditation compliance.
• Partner with Human Resources on hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
• Monitor and manage medical records, financial documentation, cost controls, audits, and policy updates to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient operations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and families, conduct tours, support marketing efforts, and respond promptly to concerns, incidents, and emergencies.

Resident Care Manager Requirements:

• Current Ohio LPN/RN License required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience required.
• Experience working with the elderly, community service, and health care preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to learn new software as needed.
