Open Position (Telehealth – Remote)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
Setting: 100% Telehealth (work from home)

Your Role – Telehealth BCBA

As a remote BCBA with Discovery ABA, your expertise will reach families across states, helping children achieve meaningful goals through virtual services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct FBAs and develop personalized ABA treatment plans

• Provide direct telehealth ABA services

• Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs remotely

• Collaborate virtually with families and care teams to support progress

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Required

• State LBA where applicable (or willingness to obtain prior to start) – Required

• 2 years Experience as a BCBA preferred

• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred

• Comfort with telehealth delivery and virtual supervision required
