Reclamation Counseling Center was founded in 1991 with an orientation to therapy to help a person become the unique individual they were created to be. Since then, Reclamation Counseling Center has been here to support individuals and families who need assistance in “reclaiming their lives.”

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health counseling and support to individuals, couples, and families. This role involves working with adolescents and adults facing various life challenges and helping them assume increasing responsibility over their actions, decisions, and life, recognizing their individual worth and dignity. The counselor will utilize evidence-based practices to promote mental wellness and assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs.
• Provide individual counseling sessions utilizing evidence based therapeutic techniques.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and manage crises effectively to ensure client safety.
• Offer specialized counseling services including grief counseling, PTSD recovery care, addiction counseling, and more depending on the needs to the client.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and manage medical records efficiently.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and case management.
• Engage in telehealth services as needed to reach clients remotely.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Strong background in psychotherapy techniques including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, ACT, SFBT, etc.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
