BCBA/BCaBA

This is a position with flexible hours, both via in-person and remote.

Both BCBA and BCaBA level candidates must also possess the 8 hour Supervision certification and have experience and a proven process in supervising RBT’s.

Experience with individuals with Autism, RBT/staff training. Experience working with clients on wide range of the spectrum: (Non-verbal, intensive SIB, borderline, mild, moderate, and severe levels of ID functioning, with social and possible forensic backgrounds).

• Responsibilities:

- Providing fidelity of Intervention checks for RBT/staff in group home, and community settings.
-In-person, hands-on modeling, IOA collection, preparing materials for implementation such as visual schedules;
-* Conducting FBAs, Trauma Informed Care experience *and knowledge mandatory.
- Developing and Monitoring Monthly Individualized Behavior Support Plans.
- Data analysis, graphing and milestone monitoring of program implementation.

• Qualifications:

- Experience utilizing current behavioral/ABA methodologies and report writing;
-Possess clear CA driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation;
- Clear DOJ clearance

Work available in San Gabriel-Pomona, Orange County, Downey, Azusa, Covina
