**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a crucial role in conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of ABA programs for clients across various settings

**Responsibilities**

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify target behaviors and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

- Design and oversee the implementation of individualized ABA programs based on the principles of behavior analysis.

- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members involved in the delivery of ABA services.

- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care and effective communication.

- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

- Stay current with advancements in the field of behavior analysis and participate in professional development activities.

Requirements:

- Master's or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related field.

- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, including functional assessment, behavior intervention planning, and data analysis.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

- Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing supervision and training.

- Commitment to ethical conduct and adherence to professional standards set forth by the BACB.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
