Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Therapist at Restored Counseling & Wellness Center. We are looking for a Therapist to see clients in the office in Gilbert, AZ at least 3 days per week, with the option for telehealth on other days. The Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy sessions for individuals and couples, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate client records. Some light administrative duties will also be required (charging card on file, charting, client outreach).

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated therapist who enjoys working in a private practice setting with high-acuity private pay clients (no insurance) and prefers to avoid the challenges and stress of managing their own practice (i.e. marketing, sales, networking, cleaning and maintenance, rent, accounting, etc.).

It is also suitable for someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment and has a genuine passion for therapy and whole-person health. This position requires self-awareness, a strong work ethic and taking pride in providing quality services, while always maintaining a warm and compassionate approach. Adherence to agency regulations and company policies and commitment to the growth and success of the practice are also imperative.

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensed Therapist or Licensed Associate Therapist in Arizona (LMFT or LAMFT preferred)
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling or Psychology
• Therapy, Counseling, and Assessment skills
• Experience in providing individual and couples therapy
• Psychological evaluation and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
• Strong comfortability with technology

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year client experience (3+ preferred)
• Training/Certification in EFT, IFS, EMDR, Brainspotting, hypnosis, somatic therapy, or biofeedback
• Training/experience in couples therapy (EFT, RLT, Gottman, etc.)
• Minimum of 40 client hours monthly, with a focus on maintaining 80 client hours monthly for full-time positions
• Comfortable working with high-status, and high-conflict couples
• Willingness to collaborate with other therapists and naturopathic doctors
• Interest in or general understanding of naturopathic healthcare and how it can help clients

Technical Proficiency

• Using electronic health records (EHR) software (Optimantra) for client records
• Comfortable using Google products (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, etc.)
• Able to assist clients in navigating/troubleshooting software during telehealth sessions
• Recording sessions via video and reviewing therapist’s sessions
