School Psychologist

Near: Somer, CT

We are seeking a qualified and motivated School Psychologist to support elementary students for the 2025/2026 school year. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about conducting evaluations and collaborating with educators to support student success.

Position Details

• Dates: ASAP June 11, 2026 (follows the school calendar)
• Schedule: MondayFriday, 35 paid hours per week
• Setting: Elementary school caseload
• Caseload: Approximately 6580 evaluations per year
• Focus: This role does not involve counseling. Primary duties include:
• Conducting psychoeducational evaluations and Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
• Completing testing, evaluation reports, and documentation
• Attending and contributing to PPT (Planning and Placement Team) meetings
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning needs

Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher in School Psychology
• Active Connecticut School Psychologist certification required
