Admissions Counselor (College & Private School)

We are looking for motivated and confident individuals who are passionate about working with students over the long term to support their academic success and guide them through the college or private school admissions process. Our students come from diverse backgrounds, age groups, and regions across the world.

Role & Responsibilities

• Meet with students on a monthly basis to build trust, inspire confidence, and provide personalized guidance.
• Simplify and clarify the admissions process for families.
• Support academic growth while helping students explore interests and expand extracurricular activities.
• Tailor strategies and support to each student’s unique needs through our highly customized counseling program.

Ideal Candidate

• A proactive self-starter who enjoys working with young people.
• Familiarity with the college and/or private school admissions process, whether through personal experience or prior professional work.
• Candidates with degrees from a top 50 nationally ranked university are especially encouraged to apply, though all motivated applicants will be considered.

Compensation & Growth

• Hourly pay is negotiable based on experience, educational background, and local knowledge.
• All counselors begin with a training period (length varies by experience) before being assigned students.
• Counselors manage their own caseloads and hours—each student is assigned a set number of counseling hours, allowing flexibility in scheduling.
• Successful counselors may be offered full-time opportunities.
• Remote work is possible for some students, though availability may be limited.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $27.00 per hour
