Job Overview
We’re seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW or LMFT) to join our expanding mental health and substance use programs in Los Angeles. This full-time, on-site role involves providing therapeutic services to individuals experiencing homelessness and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The ideal candidate is collaborative, trauma-informed, and passionate about harm reduction. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination in a fast-paced, supportive setting.

Behavioral Health Clinician - LCSW/LMFT
Salary: $104,445 - $118,170 annually (Full-Time)
Requirements to apply
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Current California LCSW or LMFT license
- 2-3 years’ experience in chemical dependency and co-occurring disorders
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and harm reduction models
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
