The Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician in a CCBHC is responsible for providing integrated, evidence-based mental health and substance abuse services. They will meet the goals for timeliness of access, quality reporting, coordination with social services, criminal justice, and education systems. These services range from assessment, diagnosis, person-centered treatment planning, provision of counseling/psychotherapy and crisis intervention. The Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician is a member of the treatment team and collaborates with other team members.

- Provide direct integrated client care using a variety of evidence based mental health and substance use treatment modalities to help clients maximize their level of functioning.
- Provide crisis intervention, therapeutic intervention, group counseling, clinical case management, and consultation services for adults, children, and families.
- Maintain appropriate professional client care documentation in the agency selected Electronic Health Record (EHR), including client assessment and individual notes in compliance with all city, state and federal standards of practice.
- Facilitate the client's utilization of available support systems and community resources to meet needs identified in clinical evaluation or person-centered treatment planning.
- Meet on a weekly basis with supervisor to discuss achievement of program targets, client goals, quality of client care and reporting requirements.
- May conduct consultations with ACS Child Protective Specialists or coordinate care with other social service or criminal justice providers on concerns they may have with clients.
- May attend case reviews and develop next steps for the clients and families.
- Meet data metric requirements, quality of care expectations using evidence-based models.

- Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy (with diagnostic privileges)
- Skilled in both Mental Health and Substance Use treatment modalities.
- Experience working with Criminal Justice System
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to plan and carry out assignments independently.
- Ability to prioritize, adhere to timelines and multi-task.
- LMSW or LCSW, LMHC or LMFT certification
- Bilingual in one or more of the following: Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bengali preferred
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Records and telehealth platforms.
