A respected behavioral health organization is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join its inpatient team in Bremen and Mishawaka, IN. This role offers a balanced 7-on/7-off schedule, competitive salary with productivity bonus, and the opportunity for new graduates to begin their career in psychiatry with strong clinical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and develop treatment plans for inpatient populations
• Round on patients, monitor progress, and collaborate with attending psychiatrists and nursing staff
• Care for adults and adolescents with a variety of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions, including substance use disorders
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards

Requirements:

• Active Indiana NP license in good standing
• PMHNP certification required
• DEA registration preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
