Position Overview
We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team. This role combines client relations, caregiver hiring, and scheduling. You’ll be the bridge between families who need support and the caregivers who provide it—ensuring the right matches are made and that clients feel cared for throughout their aging journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and hire caregivers to meet growing client needs
- Manage caregiver schedules and match them thoughtfully with clients based on skills, personality, and location
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and caregivers, including answering calls and resolving concerns
- Collaborate with team members across offices to solve challenges and keep operations running smoothly
Location and Hours
- We have two locations. One is in Palos Verdes and the other is near LAX airport. You can work from either location.
- Hours. The hours are similarly flexible. You can work start at any time between 8:30am and 10am. The job is 8 hours long with a 30 min lunch break.
- The days are typically Mon-Fri.
Qualifications
- Strong people skills with the ability to connect quickly and read others in interviews
- Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
- Must work in-office to protect client confidentiality
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable using computers for scheduling and communication
