Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (Floating)
Location: Sugar Land, TX 77479 (in-person), Houston, TX 77027 (in-person) and partial on site (in-home service)
Compensation: $80,000 – $95,500 annually (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Operate as a “floating” BCBA; you will be between our two centers located in Sugar Land and the River Oaks area
- Weekend availability; we are currently offering in-home services and would like our candidate to be available on Saturdays if necessary. (Will be given time off during the week to compensate)
- Manage a small caseload of clients on the autism spectrum.
- Conduct initial intakes and ongoing assessments using evidence-based tools.
- Analyze data and create individualized treatment plans.
- Oversee and train Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
- Provide parent training, discharge, and transition planning.

- Current and active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
