We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residence Counselor to join our team at our Treatment Apartment Program. We service adults living with behavioral health issues, including mental illness and/or chemical addiction. As a Residence Counselor, you will be responsible for the supervision and safety of consumers, apartment management, providing and documenting weekly restorative services, meeting with treatment teams and other outside professionals, conducting medication counts and other paperwork as required.

40 hrs./week Tuesday - Saturday 1 PM- 9 PM

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or the equivalent. Preferably some college courses and/or one (1) year experience in human services, preferably with mentally ill and chemically addicted individuals.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English with ability to complete written documentation and perform mathematical calculations. Ability to effectively communicate (both written and verbal) with clients and co-workers.
• Valid driver's license is required.
