• Responsibilities

Provide individual and group counseling to patients and families

Assess and evaluate patient needs and develop care plans

Assist in crisis management and emotional support

Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure patient well-being

Advocate for patients to ensure access to appropriate community resources

Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare policies
• Qualifications

LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or equivalent credentials in California

1-2 years of social work experience in healthcare or a similar setting

Knowledge of mental health, crisis intervention, and family therapy

Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
