Role Description
This is an inpatient, full-time on-site role for a Licensed Master Social Worker located in the Bronx, NY. The Social Worker will be responsible for providing clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention, discharge planning while serving as the primary therapist for youth on their case load. They will work within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement service plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and provide support and advocacy for clients. The role also involves collaboration with other service providers.
Qualifications
Sunday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with one day scheduled at 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary:
LMSW: $74193 to $94121 Annually + $4,000 Downstate Adjustment + 7% for evening and weekend day shifts
LCSW: $108681 to $131650 Annually + $18,000 Geographic Pay + $4,000 Downstate Adjustment + 7% for evening and weekend day shifts

Qualifications
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in New York State
- Experience in individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, discharge planning
- Strong assessment and treatment planning and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of community resources and services
- Experience working with diverse populations and underrepresented communities
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- Experience in a mental health setting is a plus
