Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to step into the role of Assistant Clinical Director. In this position, you will be a key leader, responsible for shaping and delivering exceptional, evidence-based therapy. You will play a crucial part in developing personalized treatment plans, providing mentorship to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and fostering strong, collaborative relationships with families. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement clinically sound and engaging individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with families to establish goals, monitor progress, and celebrate patient achievements.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive and play-focused clinical setting.
  • Ensure all care aligns with the company's core values and commitment to compassionate treatment.

Requirements

  • Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a related role is required.
