• 对RBT进行督导： 提供对注册行为技术员（RBT）的现场和远程督导。
• 了解NDBI模式： 了解ESDM和JASPER等自然发展行为干预（NDBI）模式者优先。
• 协助完成认证： 根据需要协助完成认证过程。
• 现场指导社交小组： 根据我们的资料提供社交小组的现场指导，2-3个月后开始。

Requirement.

• Familiarity with Common Assessment Tools: Proficiency in using assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and ABAS to conduct evaluations and generate insurance-compliant reports and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Supervision of RBTs: Provide on-site and remote supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Knowledge of NDBI Models: Familiarity with NDBI models such as ESDM and JASPER is a plus.
• Assist with Credentialing: Assist in the credentialing process as needed.
• On-Site Guidance for Social Groups: Provide on-site guidance for social groups based on our materials, starting in 2-3 months.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
