Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing support to clients and their families in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on findings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management strategies.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field of behavioral health.
Experience
- A minimum of two years of experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with special education practices and working with people with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in data collection, patient assessment, and medical terminology related to behavioral health.
- Experience conducting intake assessments and managing medical records is beneficial.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
