Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator/Aesthetic Ambassador located in Los Gatos, CA. You will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, coordinating patient care, and ensuring the use of correct medical terminology. The coordinator will also facilitate smooth patient experiences and support the overall operations of the med spa including sale and promoting of the services.

Qualifications

• Skills in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette
• Experience in Care Coordination Aesthetic Patients
• Knowledge of basic Medical Terminology
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer skills, social media skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a medical spa or healthcare setting is a plus
