Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Aide or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school and support our students with behavioral and developmental needs. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA.
Collect and record data on student progress.
Assist in the development of individualized goals for students.
Provide direct one-on-one or small group instruction.
Utilize evidence-based practices to improve student behavior and learning.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelors degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred).
Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Previous experience working with children, especially those with behavioral challenges.
