Northeast Gymnastics is dedicated to promoting healthly, active kids in a safe environment. Our mission is to develop kids of character through Gymnastics. We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Client Care Manager to provide our families with exceptional service.

Duties

• Communicate with customers via text, email, and phone in a professional courtious manner.
• .Pull accurate information from multiple sources to provide clear, helpful answers.
• Utilize our class managment software to enroll students, manage payments, and assist clients.
• Manage office supplies and maintain an organized work area.
• Proofread all documents, and communication with clients before distribution.
• Represent the Northeast brand in a friendly, upbeat, and professional tone.

Skills

• Previous experience in customer care is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Canva
• Experience with a CRM system is preferred.
• Basic typing and computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to mulittask and stay organized.
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
