We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Personal Injury Intake Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, handling inquiries, evaluating cases, and ensuring a seamless process for client retention.

*REQUIRED: Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour (including bonus)

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and inquiries related to personal injury cases.
• Gather essential information from prospective clients and assess the viability of cases in order to retain clients for our services.
• Provide a professional and empathetic experience during client interactions.
• Clearly explain the firm’s services and benefits to potential clients.
• Ensure all client documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in the client management system.
• Work closely with Case Managers and staff to transfer new clients smoothly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a law firm as an Intake Coordinator/Closer, personal injury practice, or related field (required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual skills (preferred, but not required).
